• We use discreet packagings, with black and grey shipping bags.
• Item description as sportswears. 

Processing Time

• Please allow 1- 2 business days for items that are ready to ship, with the acceptance of 2- 4 additional business days during high volume sales periods. Orders are processed chronologically as they are received. 
• For popular items, new released items, made to order items and custom made items, It may take 5-20 days to process, depends on the demand. Please make your plan ahead. 

Shipping Time

Standard:

• United States & Canada: 4-14 business days from Canada warehouse, 7-14 days from oversea warehouse.
• Other Countries: 10-24 business days from Canada warehouse, 8-16 days from oversea warehouse.

Express:

• 4-7 days

Shipment to your address

• You choose the address that works best for you (your home or office or the home of a friend or family member).

• The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

• We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
• Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
• Custom duty tax: customers have the responsibility to pay for any custom duty fee. 

Track Your Order

• The tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel has been fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using online tracking tool.

• Large orders may arrive in split orders.
